Preserves & Spreads

Homemade Strawberry Jam

This traditional homemade strawberry jam is sweet, fruity and full of fresh strawberry flavour. A grated apple provides natural pectin to help the jam set, so no commercial setting powder is needed. It is delicious on warm bread, sourdough toast and freshly baked scones, or as a filling for cakes and cheesecakes. It also makes a beautiful homemade gift when packed into a decorated glass jar.
