Homemade Strawberry Fruit Roll-Ups

These fruity little rolls are made with strawberries, honey and a squeeze of lemon. Add a blueberry swirl if you want to make them extra pretty. The trick is to spread the fruit thinly and give it enough time to dry while it stays flexible.

Keeping it

  • Freezer friendly

Freeze it after cooking

Keeps in the freezer for: 12 months

Freezing: Once completely dry and cool, cut into strips. Roll each strip with baking paper, then pack in an airtight freezer bag or container. Label with the date.

Defrosting and reheating: Thaw the wrapped rolls at room temperature. No reheating needed. If a roll feels wet or sticky in the centre after thawing, discard it.
