Keeping it

  • Freezer friendly
  • Batch cook
  • Cook from frozen

Freeze it before cooking

Keeps in the freezer for: 3 months

Freezing: Freeze the dumplings uncooked for best results. Freeze them in a single layer on a tray until firm, then transfer to an airtight freezer bag or container. Keep them at −18°C or colder and use within 3–4 months for best quality.

Defrosting and reheating: Cook from frozen, adding time as needed, and check that the pork filling reaches 71°C in the centre. You can also thaw them overnight in the fridge before air-frying; don’t thaw them on the counter.
